Shop Policy

BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND POLICIES:

All sales are FINAL and no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted. Refunds for damaged or heavily flawed items may be granted within reason, provided the buyer contacts us within four weeks of the mailing date with clear photos and descriptions of the damage/flaw(s).

• Once an order is placed, the items cannot be changed for any reason. Address changes can be arranged; just email us with your order number and updated address.

If there are incorrect or missing items in your order, we will try our best to fix the error; provided we are contacted right away. After leftover sales end, there is nothing we can do for mistakes on orders.

PPC has a shipping team; understand that your order may be packed by either of the shipping mods. 

• We are not in control of the postal service. Once the package leaves our hands, we do not assume responsibility for lost, damaged, or delayed mail. If issues arise with your tracking number/status, please take this up with your local post office.

If there is no grading system on the item listing, the item will be sent ungraded. Understand that you may receive an item with flaws.

• Reselling items for profit is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Please respect this and understand you may be banned permanently for violations.
